How much will shipping cost?

US - USPS
2 - 8 business days, approx. $8.12 US*

Canada - UPS
2 - 7 business days, approx. Rate $8.39 US*

* The above denotes approximate costs based on standard ground shipping. Total amounts will be displayed and calculated at checkout depending on shipping option selection.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will usually arrive within 2 - 8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option you select. Please add an extra day for weekend and holiday orders.

What is your return policy?

We will happily accept any returns made within 60 days from the date of purchase should you not be happy with your purchase. Please make all returns in there original product packaging, in unused condition, and you will receive a full refund (excluding Shipping & Handling Fees). All sets must be returned in their entirety and individual items originally included in a set will not be refunded unless included as part of their original set. We are happy to exchange items within gift sets should one be damaged during shipping.

Please note that all sale items are always FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return.

How do I return my item?

Please start the process by sending an email to customercare@anetakidz.com. Outline the following information:

Customer Name
Order Number
Order Date
Item being Returned

When we receive this information, we'll send you a return authorization number and a pre-paid return shipping label.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we're not able to process exchanges online. If you're looking for a new size or color, we'll need you to return the items purchased and then place a new order online. We'll process it all very quickly! We promise.

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, you can do so within 30 days of the shipping date, and we'll happily give you a online store credit.

Can I include a card with my purchase if it's a gift that I'm shipping to another address?

Of course! You can take care of that on the Cart Summary page (before you checkout). Simply click “Add a note to your order (i.e. gift)” and input your message. And don’t worry, we'll remove all the price tags prices before we wrap things up for you.

Can I cancel an item if I've changed my mind?

Our team usually works super fast so it usually difficult for us to process changes to an order once it's been placed. But call us if you get desperate. You never know!

How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

You can reach out directly at customercare@anetakidz.com. If you can't get us live because it's after business hours, we promise that one of our Customer Care Associates will be in touch with you within 24 hours. They are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.

How do I take care of my Aneta Kidz purchases?

All of our sleepwear, daywear and accessories have care labels and/or washing instructions attached. Please machine wash cold inside out, with like colors on gentle cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry low. When necessary, use a cool iron.

Will I be charged duties if I live in Canada?

Although duty is not charged on kids clothing, taxes are charged on shipments coming into Canada. Please click here to see the rate of taxes by province.
